1. Self Sealing Pouch is composed of medical sterilization paper and multilayer barrier films.
2. On the top there is a strong adhesive tape which is used to seal the pouch safely without the sealing machines.
3. There are two sterilization indicators for ethylene oxide and steam vapor processes on the pouch, which will change colors obviously when the sterilization cycle is finished, and are able to indicate if the sterilization process is enough and distinguish the articles from sterilized to non-sterilized.
4. The pouch can be sealed by thermal sealing machines
5. The film has three colors which are green, blue and white. We can also make other colors according to customers requirements.
